LOREN SPIVACK

Loren Spivack is the founder/president of Free Market Warrior. He is an author, businessman, sought after speaker, and activist. His goal is to make a positive difference in American politics and American economics.

In the spirit of Milton Friedman, Spivack believes in economic liberty. He is a huge supporter of former President Donald Trump.

Before becoming involved in politics Loren worked in management consulting for corporations and for non-profits. He was born in Massachusetts and spent most of his adult life in New York City.

His book “The New Democrat” is a parody of the Obama Administration, based on a famous children’s book. It has pitch-perfect rhyme and clever illustrations. He turns leftist political figures into cartoon characters.

Spivack has been on a speaking tour in Texas and in Nevada. We are fortunate now to have him in California. His presentation is both entertaining and informative. Please plan to attend, and bring a friend.

STEVE SANCHEZ

City Councilman Steve Sanchez is a candidate for California State Senate. This is a seat currently held by Senator Melissa Melendez, who will reach her term limit in 2022. Steve served as a Marine for 8 years, and has long been an advocate for public policy and doing the right thing for our community. Steve will join us to give you a brief update on his campaign.

State Senate.
The position is currently held by republican Melissa Melendez, who will reach her term limit in 2022. “I’m going to have big combat boot to fill because she is a tough, smart lady, well respected in this community, she’s been very vocal about the governor and the state legislature, and a lot of issues up there. but she’s termed out and so now I need to step in and really take over from what she’s brought to light,” said Sanchez. Other local leaders shared their support for Sanchez, as he begins his campaign. “Steve served in the marines for eight years and he’s got stories to tell, and he has always been an advocate for public policy as well as the quality of life, healthy living. and doing the right thing for your community,” added Evans. Local Democratic leaders explain that boundaries on the districts that senators represent may be soon changing, therefore their party is holding off on making any announcements as far as opposing candidates.

“Holiday Shopping Extravaganza & Luncheon”

November 11th Fundraiser
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

We are now rounding the corner and getting closer to the November 11 fundraiser at the Agua Caliente Resort & Casino in Rancho Mirage.

With fabulous entertainment, boutique vendors, “opportunity drawings” and a special Agua “Staycation” silent auction, who could ask for anything more?

Tickets are $65 and reserved tables of 8. Contact Sue Lapham at rmrwfmailalert@aol.com or (760) 898-6968 to order your tickets. Reminder – this is a pre-paid event so no tickets will be sold at the door and ticket sales end November 3.

If you have not already done so, invite your friends and fill those tables. It is a fun event and all proceeds go to the 29 Palms Marine families for the holidays! Let’s show them how much they are loved and appreciated!
